Watch & Listen
I'm combining "watch" and "listen" this week. So You Think You Can Dance is back for the summer and it really is the best guilty pleasure. I picked this recent performance of the Samba by All-Stars Pasha and Anya and contestant Cristina. I'm sure I picked it for its technical merit and not because of 1:13. Do not stumble.
The listen is the song they dance to which is "Work" by Kelly Rowland. I liked it and then discovered I really think she is snazzy as a solo artist. She's not just the former 2nd fiddle to Beyonce's violin in Destiny's Child.
