The Post About Eating My Feelings
This photograph makes it seem as though I didn't rip one open and devour 2 rows of Tagalongs before I noticed the strange wordless orange fluff monster on the TV taunting my eating habits.
I'm fairly confident that's 19 points I won't make up in exercise.
I COULD make it up if there was a way to transforn my love for Stephen Colbert into a cardio workout.
Let's hear it - how do you deal with stress?

I would tell you, but all of my de-stressing activities are illegal and I'd rather not get busted.

ReplyDeleteI deal with stress generally by complaining to Lee and then he says something that makes everything better by magic! When Lee's not around, the cookies are a good second choice. Oh...how I love the Tagalongs...

ReplyDeleteFirst I usually work myself into an anxiety frenzy, which is usually followed w/ a good cry and then something sweet. And then I'm good. It's a cycle I'm all too familiar with, but hey there are worse vices to use when dealing w/ stress, right?
ReplyDeleteHaving chugged by own box of Tagalongs lately... I really can't say much. Mostly, I try to play with my niece and nephew (ages 3 and 5) and remember when life was simpler. Sometimes, I break out the crayons even when they are not around.
