The Post About The Oscars Giveaway

Knox McCoy and I have been cohosting a podcast called The Popcast for 77 episodes.

Our mission statement is simple: Educating the world on things that entertain, but do not matter.

For example, this week we tackled these hard hitting subjects:
  • Book and movie sequels
  • Brian Williams
  • The Grammys
  • Channing Tatum
  • Madonna
  • The BAFTAs
  • Jennifer Lawrence
It's one of the most fun things I do each week. We don't teach people how to start a business, or write a book, or wax poetically about the Middle East - we just chat about pop culture in the most entertaining way possible.

And believe it or not, people listen. People, other than my mom.

When we launched, we were featured in New & Noteworthy. Last month, we were featured in What's Hot.

Do you know how long I've waited to refer to myself as "what's hot?"

A LONG TIME INTERNET.

To celebrate that milestone, Knox and I wrote our first e-book. The Podcast's Guide to the Oscars.

Gorgeous cover design by Molly Gentry

Nine chapters to fully prepare you for Hollywood's biggest night. Whether you watch or not.
  1. When To Watch, When To Not Watch
  2. But What About If I Haven't Seen Some of These Movies?
  3. So Who Is Going To Win?
  4. But Who Do We Want To Win?
  5. The Oscar Cake Pop Eating Game / The Oscar Drinking Game
  6. Let's Get Weird
  7. Blondtage Bingo
  8. Oscar Snubs
  9. Who Are We Irrationally Rooting For?
Reader Review: "Truly brilliant work on the Oscars guide. My friend was reading excerpts out loud yesterday and we were both cracking up."

Support us by grabbing your own copy here.

To celebrate this milestone of celebrating another milestone, I wanted to host a little giveaway.

Two winners will be chosen to select between one dozen Oscar cake pops shipped anywhere in the US ($40 value) or a $25 Amazon gift card.

P.S. I make cake pops.

Good luck!

The Post About The Popcast Anniversary Giveaway

header-01

Last year, on August 14, I launched a pop culture podcast with my internet turned real-life friend, Knox McCoy. It's the The Popcast.

Fifty episodes later, we're still talking. And surprisingly, more than a few folks listen.

Here are our most recent episode topics:
  • Episode 50: The power of names. We guess which celebrity names are fake, which ones are real, and talk about how your name can influence your life.
  • Episode 49: Celebrity couples - our favorites, least favorite and the ones we feel embody everything there is to embody about celebrity-ness.
  • Episode 48: Movie Soundtracks. Is Garden State or The Bodyguard the best? What about Dirty Dancing? Best, worst, and in-between.
  • Episode 47: Bromance. What does it mean? Can women be involved? What are the iconic ones? Which famous people have bromanced the best?
  • Episode 46: Supporting characters who deserve their own thing and the idea of spinoffs. We also delved into introverted behavior.
  • Episode 45: Urban Dictionary entries, technology we just can't get into, and the blurry line between meeting someone online and translating that to real life.
Never miss an episode of The Popcast by Subscribing via iTunes or adding our feed to your podcast app.

If you need more encouragement to become codependent on us, we're hosting an anniversary giveaway.

Simply follow the instructions from PromoSimple below. FIVE winners will be chosen randomly to win one of the pop culture prizes listed. Bonus entries for following us on Twitter and liking us on Facebook.

The Post About Top Secret Rabbits Giveaway

I've posted on this site fifteen days in a row. I would love to tell you that my motivation is about the writing and the process and the community.

And that's mostly true.

However, when I said on Twitter I was going to write daily in May, several folks immediately scoffed my efforts. Their doubt was fair based on my past history, but this is America and I CAN SAY I'M GOING TO DO WHAT I WANT.

To celebrate this grand milestone of fifteen posts, I'm adding a special feature to the rabbit chasing.

Top Secret Rabbits are exclusive goodies that will arrive in your mailbox a few times a month. You'll be the first to know about my hot dates or if I ever try dates, the fruit. You'll get rabbit recommendations especially designed for you, plus a collection of the best rabbits I chased that month.

Click Here to Subscribe to the Top Secret List.

To thank you for joining the secret club, I'm hosting a little giveaway for two Amazon Gift Cards. One can buy you a bunch of stuff and one can buy you a little less. Just follow the instructions in the box below.

I hope you win.

The Post About The Popcast Amazon Giveaway

header-01

In August of last year, Knox McCoy and I launched a podcast called The Popcast. Thirty-three episodes later, we're still going strong. The fact that people listen is celebrity gravy. It's also a bit overwhelming since I'm not always confident about the difference between Judy Garland and Natalie Wood or how to pronounce the word "totalitarianism."

But we all know on the Internet that a lack of knowledge doesn't have to be an obstacle.

See YouTube.

Here's a sample of our recent episode topics:

  • Episode: Controversy surrounding Noah, the response to the How I Met Your Mother series finale and feelings on this past season of The Walking Dead.
  • Episode: The idea of casting beyond race, musical superlatives and the dark side of Girl Scout cookies.
  • Episode: Ill-fated TV romances in light of The Mindy Project's return, celebs who escaped the life to become productive citizens and favorite LOST plane theories.
  • Episode: The musical and cinematic career of Mandy Moore versus her contemporaries, the Oscars and Andrew Garfield's alleged villainy.

Never miss an episode of The Popcast by Subscribing via iTunes.

If you need more encouragement to become codependent on us, my podcast partner Knox is hosting a little giveaway.

He and his fantastic wife, Ashley, are birthing their third child on April 16. We want you to guess the gender and the weight.

Simply follow the instructions from Rafflecopter below. The winner who comes closest to guessing the gender AND weight of the McCoy tiebreaker baby will snag a $50 gift card to Amazon and one random winner will get a $25 Amazon gift card. Bonus entries for following us on Twitter and liking us on Facebook.

The Post About Another Amazon Giveaway

First, I did a little redecorating on the site. That is my new winter header. Please hold me accountable to keeping it updated because I'd rather you confront me than judge me quietly. However, I'm only giving you permission to be in my face about this specific thing. No other condemnation should be spoken aloud.

I'm fragile.

I'd love for 2014 to be the year we become friends. Better friends, new friends, codependent friends, whatever. In order to do that, I need to extend a kindness. How about an Amazon giveaway?

I recently shared the nine best books I read in 2013. The best book I've read in 2014? S by JJ Abrams and Doug Dorst. It's a library book suspense novel with a secondary story of two people leaving notes in the margins and trinkets stuffed between the pages for each other. It was a fantastic read and the best looking book I've ever owned.

If you win this giveaway, you can buy it. Or you can buy toiler paper. I'm not the boss of you.

The kindness I need from you is to help me build up my Feedly where I organize and read blogs and news sites.
The only task required to enter this giveaway is to post a comment with your own blog address/website or a website you read every day. You can also earn some bonus entries...

The Post About Musical Flashback Giveaway

The first cassette tape I ever owned was a gift from my parents. It was Amy Grant's The Collection. I literally wore it out from singing Sing Your Praises to the Lord at my 34-key keyboard. And although I'm fairly certain Jesus was compelled to mute me, it's a lesson He's still trying to teach me.

The second cassette I ever owned was a gift to myself. It was Cyndi Lauper's She's So Unusual. I think my mom generously chose to ignore the meaning of songs like She Bop in order to let her little girl dance like a crazy person while singing Money Changes Everything. Another lesson Jesus is still trying to teach me.

But some of my favorite music memories are found in 1994 to 1995. I whipped together a Spotify playlist including 30+ of my favorites from that time.

I wanted to learn to play the harmonica because of John Popper. I wanted to wear all black and be sad because of Dolores O'Riordan. I was willing to date someone with my same name because of Jamie Walters.

To this day, Babyface's When Can I See You makes me want to curl up with Häagen-Dazs and pine under the duvet.

Since I didn't want to be the only one musically reminiscing, how's about a giveaway? I will give away music moolah to TWO lucky winners to the digital music vendor of your choice: iTunes, Amazon, or GooglePlay. Winners will be chosen randomly.

The only thing you have to do to enter is follow the easy instructions in this handy Rafflecopter box.

a Rafflecopter giveaway
Just like the box instructed, answer the question: What song makes you musically flashback in the best kind of way?

The Post About $40 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway

I'm a reader. Since 1st grade. Well...halfway through 1st grade. But still...

One of my favorite gifts to give AND get is a fantastic book. Not THE favorite gift because obviously that's cash. I mean...you don't hear people say "fiction is king." Because it's not. It's good and intriguing and relaxing...unless of course it's a Stephen King novel. And that literally IS KING but not relaxing.

Cash.

As far as books I would deem "fantastic," I thought I'd provide a quick short list of ninety-five of my faves in this handy dandy widget.

Since it would be rude to parade all these great reads in front of you without the means to snag them...how about a giveaway?

Simply follow the instructions from Rafflecopter below and you'll have up to 5 chances to win. The only required thing is to leave a comment sharing a book you might want to give or get.

Fine Print: Open to those 18+ in US or Canada. Amazon sends me more emails than my friends, but they don't know anything about this giveaway. It's all me.

The Post About 8 Must-Read Books and a Giveaway

I'm a book lover.

However, my path to this affection was a bit bumpy.

In the 1st grade, each student was placed into groups based on initial reading skill. There was the superior Group A, the adequate Group B and the remedial Group C. Each student performed a reading sample and then Mrs. Stanford would assign your group. The selection was from the classic Dick and Jane series.

I stood with confidence to read the passage knowing I would get to "win" and be in Group A. I was sailing along beautifully until this:

Dick said "Jane, where are you?"

I pronounced "Jane" like "Jan-eee."

Mrs. Stanford asked me to try again. I repeated the sentence and the error. She told me I was pronouncing the girl's name wrong. My mother's name was Jan so my 6-year-old logic chose "Jan-eee."

This was my first soap box. I was placed in Reading Group B.

Luckily, I recovered from this travesty of justice and never looked back. Until this blog post.

Here are 8 books I've read this summer you should consider adding to your list. I would not steer you wrong. Pinky swears.

There may even be a giveaway to entice you.

1. The Fault in Our Stars by John Green. Sixteen-year-old sarcastic cancer patient finds love in a support group. You'll laugh and ugly cry all in one sitting.

2. Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn. Stay-up-late thriller about a missing wife and a husband who killed his wife. Or did he. Note: Some language not suitable for my Mom.

3. Wild: From Lost to Found on The Pacific Crest Trail by Cheryl Strayed. A twenty-something whose life is in shambles randomly decides to hike 1100 miles. Riveting.

4. The Colonel's Lady by Laura Frantz.I'd be remiss not to include a swoony historical romance. Frantz immerses you in the early Frontier which reminded me why I love 2012. A beautiful story of faith and forgiveness.

5. Jesus, My Father, The CIA, and Me by Ian Morgan Cron. A hard-to-believe memoir that's all the better because it's true.

6. Unbroken: A World War II Story of Survival, Resilience, and Redemption  by Laura Hillenbrand. Louie's true tale of being shot down over the Pacific and locked away in a Japanese POW camp is not a lighthearted romp. But it IS captivating.

7. Love Does by Bob Goff. A storyteller of the highest caliber who makes you want to live your life in a way that fills up its own spellbinding pages.

8. Platform: Get Noticed in a Noisy World by Michael Hyatt. Disclaimer. Michael Hyatt is my Twitter crush. This book teaches you how to connect your "product" to a meaningful platform. I'm a marketer by day, so it was a great tool. But your product may be writing, houses, or homemade hair gel. The theories sill apply.

Bonus:
Love Thy Rival: What Sports' Greatest Rivalries Teach Us About Loving Our Enemies by Chad Gibbs. This book debuts today. I'm 3 chapters in and it's funny and pinch-you-behind-the-knee thought provoking. And although the author would not necessarily agree with me...Roll Tide.

Previously Mentioned Giveaway:
I'm giving away the e-book of your choice from the list above. I'll choose 8 winners and each lucky person can choose any of the 9 books mentioned above in any e-format. If you win, you can even tell me to send it to someone else as a gift from you. We're easy peasy here at the rabbits.

All you have to do to enter is follow the instructions in this nifty Rafflecopter box. If you already follow me on Twitter or like me on Facebook, then that counts too. And thank you.

The Post About The Rabbit Recommends v. 113 Giveaway

Each week or so I post a readable or watchable and/or listenable of which I'm fond. You can choose what happens after my recommendation. Ignore, embrace, debate. Earlier volumes of The Rabbit Recommends can be found here.

Listen - Boys of Summer Edition
I could spend every day propped up in a porch swing, sipping iced coffee, and listening to music.

If only real-life could mimic my summer playlists - littered with boys.

Here are 5 albums that have been on repeat this season, making me sweat. IT'S THE HUMIDITY, MOM.

Alex Clare - The Lateness of The Hour: A Brit with a deep rich voice. Sold. This album is a solid blend of electronica and R&B. And then there's that voice.

Usher - Looking 4 Myself: I've loved Usher since Yeah and Caught Up - ahhh, the 2000's. This album is not just another warm-up for Friday clubbin'. YES I CLUB ON OCCASION. Usher's falsetto, his collaborations, and that thump will get you clubbin' too. Or cleaning the house with a lil' more shake.

Matthew Mayfield - A Banquet for Ghosts: I'm always loyal to Alabama musicians - The Civil Wars, Alabama Shakes, Lionel Richie. Matthew Mayfield is a singer-songwriter who came into his own on this album. Rock with a smidgen of folk. And then there's that raspy, comforting voice.

Ed Sheeran - +: I discovered Ed Sheeran when his song "Fall" was featured in the proposal scene on Cougartown. Don't judge. It was love at first listen. Another Brit who makes acoustic pop better because he sings it. And although he's a ginger, it appears you can trust him.

Tyrone Wells - Beautiful World: Tyrone and I met on Pandora after that beautiful matchmaker thought I might fancy him. I did. I do. He just released this EP and it's wistful and hopeful and romantic - traits that aren't too shabby .

I want to know what albums you have loved this summer. In order to motivate your disclosure, how about a giveaway?

WINNERS UPDATE: Lindsey M. won a 3-month subscription and Ann. H won a 1-month subscription. Email jamiesrabbits@gmail.com to collect your swag!

a Rafflecopter giveaway
I'm giving away TWO prizes. One winner will get a 3-month subscription to Spotify and another will get a 1-month subscription.

I LOVE Spotify. So much so that I cut my coffee budget to pay for it. That's love. You can also have a free account which is how we started dating.

We're now 2gether 4 ever.

Spotify is a music streaming service that comes in all shapes and sizes, available for PC, Mac, home audio system and mobile phone. Wherever you go, my music follows me. My favorite kind of stalker.

Note: Although I fancy Spotify more than I can type in small italics, they don't know the first thing about this giveaway.

The Post About The Best Friends Episode and Giveaway

My friends Lisa and Barry were headed to Russia to meet their son. Remember...I talked about it Wednesday? It was worthy of a solid ugly cry. IT WAS.

As a travel gift, I gave them a ridiculously-generous $10 iTunes gift card. I suggested they spend it on an e-book, 2.5 movie rentals, or 8.5 songs to tide them over for the 10 hour flight.

Lisa bought 3 Friends episodes. You know...since you can't ever see them on TV at home.

She said the hardest part was choosing.

For me, there would be no hesitation since the best episode of Friends is Season 3, Episode 2 titled The One Where No One's Ready. It's a real-time look at Ross freaking out as everyone takes a long time to get ready for a museum event.

It includes these special moments:
Rachel: You guys, does this look like something the girlfriend of a paleontologist would wear?
Phoebe: I don't know, you might be the first one.

Chandler: You know what's weird? Donald Duck never wore pants. But whenever he's getting out of the shower, he always put a towel around his waist. I mean, what is that about?

Monica: Maybe we could call the phone company... or maybe they could change the message. Maybe they can change his number.
Phoebe: Yeah, I think after this he'll be doing that himself.

As a celebration of having 1000 "friends" at the Jamie's Rabbits Facebook page, how about a giveaway? One even more thoughtful than if you were flying to eastern Europe to meet your kid.

The Post About a Giveaway: Fictional Moms

I Heart Mom
I fancy my mother. She's kind and generous and knows how to nurture me with macaroni-n-cheese.

But there are other mothers who are also quite snazzy. Here are 3 of my most beloved:

1. Maggie Malone Seaver (Growing Pains): She always seemed to balance a glamorous lifestyle as a journalist with taking care of her family. Plus, I had and may still have a crush on one Dr. Jason Seaver.

2. Kate Murry (A Wrinkle in Time): She's a microbiologist who made me fall for science and math. So much so that I majored in math for an ENTIRE semester at college.

3. Sophia Petrillo (The Golden Girls): You never doubted her love for her daughter even during her crankiest of rants. Plus she lived through "two world wars, fifteen vendettas, four operations and two Darrins on Bewitched." Ahh...the wisdom.

So what about you? Share your favorite fictional mom (movie, TV, books, daydreams) and be entered to win a $25 Amazon gift card.

You have until Tuesday, May 15 to enter.

The Post About a Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Giveaway

I asked for a show of support for Mary Poppins in the March Movie Madness film heroes competition at Educlaytion and you showed up in a HUGE way.

Sweet Sixteen!

I promised an overflow of affection if she made it this far, so how about a giveaway?

I'm giving away $20 in Redbox loot AND a 2-month subscription to Netflix (instant) to 1 winner each. The lucky rabbit readers will be able to watch their own favorites movie heroes on repeat. You have a truckload of entry options in the box below. You have until Wednesday to enter to win.

The Post About Random Rabbits

Another post of the randomness deemed unworthy of a dedicated post.

1. Chocolate Cupcakes with a Nutella filling and Nutella buttercream frosting.
This recipe is from Jamie at My Baking Addiction. You cannot go wrong with a gal named "Jamie" who has already admitted she has a problem. Right?

2. A Baptist in the Land of Lent Update: It's difficult. But good.

3. Lent Update #2: You know how I just told you it was hard? Well, it got easier on Day #1 of fasting social media when I bought this:
I may be as ridiculous as you think I am. I may also be doing Lent wrong.

But I do love this adorable iPad 2. "Love" as defined as someone who will take a gadget to her seamstress mother in order to get its measurements taken for a specially made jacket. Love.

4. Happy Birthday The Joseph Craven: I met my friend Amanda from Canada on the Internet. She met her friend Joseph from Mississippi on the Internet. Amanda and I are still friends. Amanda and Joseph may be more than friends. This is evidenced by the video she created for him to celebrate his birth (embedded below). I had the privilege of making a guest appearance. It's a snazzy idea if you'd like to love on someone far away for their own special occasion like a birthday, Easter or tax day.

5. Killer Giveaway Winners: I hosted a little giveaway last week for a ticket to the Killer Tribes Conference in Nashville as well as gift cards to iTunes and Amazon. The winners are:
  • Killer Tribes Conference Pass: Erin Moon
  • iTunes Gift Card ($15): April Yedinak
  • Amazon Gift Card ($15): Adrian Waller
Congrats! Contact me at jamiesrabbits@gmail.com to collect your swag!

As for you - what's something you're looking forward to in the next week? I want to wish I was with you.

The Post About A Killer Rabbit Giveaway

I'm traveling to Nashville this month. Normally this excursion would be prompted by an Ivey Cake or Cocoa Tree craving, but I have grander plans.

Killer Tribes Conference.

This lil' gathering is the brain child of Bryan Allain, a really fantastic blogger who has a heart for hustlers.

The good kind.

Here's the 411 about this unique conference:
1-day experience designed specifically for writers, artists, entrepreneurs, ministry leaders & small business owners to learn what it takes to build a killer tribe. From inspirational stories to practical how-to's to successful case studies, you'll walk away equipped and encouraged to extend your reach, find your fans, & build your tribe.
Let me be clear. I don't think I fall into any of the above-mentioned categories. Unless you count my work meeting doodles as art. AND THEY ARE VAN GOGH FANTASTIC. However, I know I've met some of the cooler people on the Internets via Bryan and his tribe efforts, so I have no doubt it will be a fabulous shindig.

Seriously, I have so little doubt about the potential for greatness that I bought and paid for TWO conference passes. One for me and one for a rabbit reader.

Since I know some of you already have your KT ticket or the conference may not squeeze into your calendar, I'm also giving away 2 gift cards - one to iTunes and one to Amazon.

WINNING FOR ALL!

Or three of you.

You can earn a truckload of entries for this giveaway by spending time in the box below jumping through some relatively easy rabbit hoops. You have until this Sunday to enter to win.

Since you did all that work in the box, feel free to leave no comment. OR you could tell me about something you're looking forward to and then I can be jealous.

The Post About The Rabbit Recommends v.106 GIVEAWAY

Each week or so I post a readable or watchable and/or a listenable of which I'm fond. You can choose what happens after my recommendation. Ignore, embrace, debate. Earlier volumes of The Rabbit Recommends can be found here.

Watch
Dave Ramsey, Suze Orman and the Holy Spirit combined their efforts to convince me to spend less money. On anything.

I evaluated my monthly expenses by carefully reviewing the Chick-Fil-A and Starbucks and Arby's receipts populating my handbag. The budget item of excess was clear.

Entertainment.

I asked mah internets how to make the cable bill bend to my will and the answer was "Roku."

Roku is a streaming player that connects to your TV and Wi-Fi network. Then, you can access existing subscriptions like Netflix, Amazon On Demand, HuluPlus, and more sassy channels.

I compared this device to Apple TV, Blu-ray players, gaming consoles, and other devices and the internet kept chanting "Roku."

So I canceled my cable and this lil' gadget moved in. I'm hooked.

CNET recently named Roku as one of the best gifts for under $50. Here's a 3-minute recap of highlights.

I love Roku and I want you to love it too, so I'm giving away a Roku LT ($49.99) to one lucky Rabbit reader.

The Post About Random Rabbits

Another post of the randomness deemed unworthy of a dedicated post.

1. Two hobbies: baking and photography. I'm mediocre at both so I'd like to focus and possibly turn one into something of substance. Unfortunately, my ADD has thrown out its "Mom Arm" and I'm not able to move forward in only one direction.

So until I can get my diagnosis beaten down, I'll continue to dabble in both.

Picnik collage

'Tis the season for cake pops.

Maranda Austin Collage

And there are senior portraits. With a brother thrown in for Christmas card measure.

Maranda
I took Maranda's photos in a swanky park in a swanky part of town across the street from a swanky house. Then I forced her to complete her outfit change in the backseat of a car.

Because I'm classy like that.

I was encouraged that she wasn't a complete professional at that task.

TRUE LOVE WAITS MARANDA.

Lil' Seeds Necklace

2. Christmas Shopping. I shared my parents' wish lists with you.

Rabbit Sidebar: If you go back and read that post, you'll discover my mother's rebuttal in the comments which includes her REAL wish list. Southern mamas and their drama.

I struggle with shopping for Christmas gifts because I'm a descendant of Adam and Eve. Therefore, I tend to buy myself nice things that are on sale and make my nieces coasters out of felt.

This necklace is Exhibit A. I went shopping at a local market for jewelry for my sister-in-law and I found this vintage book necklace from Lil' Seeds.

It can now be found around my neck.

3. S-M-R-T. Remember how I told you once about how I scored a 34 on my ACT?

Last week, I left my car running in my office's parking garage. FOR SIX HOURS.

4. Guest Post: Today I'm guest posting at Gray Hair and Acne with a post titled Cheez-its, Robert Pattinson, and Fighting Aging. I provide 5 solid tips for kicking Father Time in the shins.

Thank you to Andi Cumbo for being such a lovely hostess. If you're a reader or a writer or somewhere in-between, then follow her on Twitter. You'll have no regrets.

5. Winner.
The lucky winner of the $50 Options Gift Card Giveaway is commenter #268 - Amanda Cook. She won for following AdoptUSKids on Facebook, but her response to the question about favorite family member is this:

One of my favorite family members is our cat, Fuzzy, because the kids love him SO much. And he lets them love on him, too. He is very patient with them, but he does keep them in line. He is the perfect cat for training them to love animals well.

Furry people need love too.

Congrats Amanda! Email me at jamiesrabbits@gmail.com to collect your bounty!

Now, Rabbit Reader, you say something. Random or otherwise.

Our beloved college football was represented. I did not discriminate, although Roll Tide.

There was a method to the kitchen madness. November is National Adoption Month and I sold some diabetic unfriendliness to raise money for the cause.

Specifically, I was raising funds for my friend/coworker Lisa and her husband Barry who are adopting a little fellow from Russia.

She even got in on the baking action. My other coworkers have been supporting her efforts too!
You can learn more about domestic or international adoption by checking out the following:

AdoptUSKids is a service of the Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Children’s Bureau. The mission of AdoptUSKids is two-fold: to raise public awareness about the need for foster and adoptive families for children in the public child welfare system; and to assist states to recruit and retain foster and adoptive families and connect them with children.
Show Hope is a non-profit organization that mobilizes individuals and communities to meet the most pressing needs of orphans in distress by providing 1) homes for waiting children through adoption aid grants, and 2) life-saving medical care for orphans with special needs.

As one more effort to help raise awareness about the very important issue of adoption, I'm hosting a giveaway.
